Discovery

To promote the launch of the iHeartRadio Family App, iHeart Media needed a short animated video that could introduce the platform to parents and kids alike.

With curated stations featuring artists and music from Disney and Nickelodeon shows, the app was designed to be both fun and safe. Design Director Marco Ruesta led the visual direction and brought Invisible Element on to animate the campaign spot.

Process

Although the art direction and illustration assets were already established, Invisible Element had creative freedom to bring everything to life through animation. Using After Effects and Cinema 4D, the motion was designed to be quick, expressive, and full of charm—leaning into the quirky visuals while maintaining clarity and pacing. Each scene aimed to reflect the energy and accessibility of the app itself.

Solution

The final promo was used across iHeartRadio’s social and digital marketing channels, helping introduce the Family App to a wide audience. With playful animation layered onto colorful visuals, the spot captured the attention of both parents and kids—turning a product walkthrough into a joyful moment.
