Discovery

Cage is a project management and media collaboration app built specifically for creatives—so when the team set out to refresh their brand identity, they wanted visuals that matched their audience and product.

Cage brought in Invisible Element to help develop an illustration system that could complement the platform’s usability with a more engaging and expressive look.

Process

Working closely with the Cage team, Invisible Element created dozens of illustrations for the website and promotional materials. The direction leaned into a bright color palette, playful themes, and friendly characters—intentionally designed to reflect the creative, collaborative nature of the product. Each piece added personality and accessibility without getting in the way of functionality.

Results

The final illustration system helped distinguish Cage in a crowded field—bringing energy and clarity to the platform while reinforcing its focus on creatives. The visuals became a key part of how the brand communicated its purpose: powerful collaboration, with personality.
